Completely her own.  This pendant features a genuine fossil Isurus hastalis tooth — the extinct broad-tooth mako, built for speed and power, predecessor to the modern mako shark — in the most unusual warm woody brown coloring. Not the typical dark grey. Not black. Brown and rich, like something pulled from the ocean floor and sun-dried on a Florida beach.  Above it, three genuine labradorite beads catch the light with blue-grey flash — known for transformation, intuition, and revealing the magic in everyday things. The wood-toned tooth below, the luminous stone above.  Isurus hastalis has been extinct for millions of years. This tooth is all that's left.  Part of a 30-year private collection from Venice, Florida — the Shark Tooth Capital of the World.
